Hello.

Cinemainsomnia.com and its parent, FAL Studios/FAL.net, will not sell, trade, exchange, distribute or disseminate any information about you. Ever.

We have never done any of those things.

We don't store any information about our visitors, clients or customers on a 'net-attached server. Also, we don't log "referring sites", because we don't care what site you were visiting right before you came to us or what your IP address is.

The only information about you that we retain is your e-mail address - if you've given it to us by e-mail or postal mail - and the usual shipping and billing information if you've been a customer or client.

Having said that, we can't always know what our advertisers and tenants are up to, but we do our best to align ourselves with persons of integrity. If you are concerned about their online conduct, please let us know.

We have not sent and will never send "bulk" e-mail. Individual recipients have been those who have asked us to send them information or updates, and those in related industries who are involved with programming decisions and have made their e-mail addresses publicly available. When we send e-mail bulletins to those who have already e-mailed us, we will make every effort to include contact information with the message so that recipients can prevent any further bulletins from being sent to them.

If you wish to remain anonymous, just let us know. We will zealously respect your wishes. The only circumstance which would compel us to divulge any information would be a binding order (not a request) from a law enforcement agency, and unless we are expressly forbidden to do so we will inform you that we have received such a request.

This policy might change. If it does, we will mention that on our home page in the "News" items. These are the same principles we've lived by for over ten Web years, though. (Our hatred of using people's trust as a means to make money is palpable).
